I can also help the community with people who failRP, VDM and RDM. Basic Rule Breakers. I can also offer the community a kind and mature staff member who always cares about the server and the community. 10: Do you have any experience moderating a community?: In my previous, I was the head staff there and I think I helped the community and I loved doing that! I spend most my time on that server doing server development and server care. 11: What sets you a side from the others applying?: What sets me aside is that I am kind, caring and always happy. I have been complemented of how mature I am since I am 14.i have years of experience in moderating and helping other people out. I know where and when to use certain things such as kicking people and baning. I can handle rude and incompetent people who refuse to listen to rules or staff. 12: what would you do if someone was breaking rules in the discord?: I would give that person 3 warning before either kicking him or her or muting the person. If I do then I would tell higher-ups and let them know what he did. 13: If a higher staff member is abuseing Her/he's power what would you do?: I would immediately tell sander about what the person did and I would discuss the consequences to the abusive higher staff. 14: Have you been banned from an ally's server or discord?: No, i have not been banned. 15: If someone is reporting another player and tell them that they have done something but they don't have proof what would you have done?: I would tell them to take different routes so they don't get into an argument again. I would let them know if they do argue again I would kick them. 16: if you see your friend breaking the rules what would you do?: I would still approach my friend and tell them they are doing this and that wrong and give them 1 warning. 17: if someone is staff impersonating and you don't know if they are staff what do you do?: I would go up to them and ask for there Discord name soi can confirm whether they are staff or not and if they are not I would ban them for 3 days for Staff Impersonation. 18: tell us a bit about your self:I am 14 years old i currently just finished my common entrance and now heading to year 9.I do lots of sports such as rugby and basketball. I sadly do have extreme anxiety so i have to take daily pills to help it but besides that i am perfectly healthy
